I enjoyed reading this issue big time and great visuals as always:) It made me think about the fact that the bar is too low when it comes to kindness and any little effort can make a huge difference in our lives. We all need it.
P.S. In Turkey it is common that local restaruants give clove after lunch/dinner, but it is more like a tradition not a thoughtful effort to create difference :)
The bar is very low for kindness--which is good and bad, I suppose. That's super interesting about the after-dinner clove in Turkey! Are they fresh or dry?
Great post Justin! I loved how you connected this idea to the fact that giving an extra dose of kindness can make a huge difference in everyone’s life. It makes me think of how doing this could improve collaboration between colleagues or stakeholders at work or going further, improve the user experience of a product.
And thanks you for the mention, truly appreciated! 🙏🏻
Good call on improving the collaboration between colleagues/stakeholders. Going a little extra for people that contribute to user research--personal thank you's, gift certificates, etc.--can go a long way for the relationship
Thanks Justin! Going the extra mile makes a difference. Agree Elena Calvallo has an awesome newsletter!

They are dry and you need to chew them :)
