I tried setting an alarm for bedtime for a week, and now I sleep more, feel so much more alert throughout the day. I also get extra time in the morning to tackle my tasks. Thank you!! This will be my new routine in the evenings.

Wishing you a Happy New Year, looking forward to more awesome content :)

Thank you, Alex! I'm happy you found it helpful. If you have any tips for sticking with the bedtime alarm, I'm all ears. I still struggle not to press snooze haha.

Happy New Year :)

Great inspiration and insight. Just wish I were young enough to engage in some of these ideas. I will see what I can do though at a “Turtle’s Pace” or a 70 year old🤷🏻‍♀️

Many top notch insights here! Agree with you about putting controls on negative things like doom-scrolling while still getting benefits from online apps. Your final insight about writing for yourself on the first draft and for others on the editing is helpful in freeing yourself to write something. Thanks!
